从2018年5月14日起,Wish将对反复侵权行为实施更严格的惩处措施。如果店铺内出现多次侵权产品,这些产品将被下架。同时,店铺账户可能面临500美元或更高金额的罚款,甚至可能暂停交易。如果持续侵权,店铺账户还可能面临更高罚款或永久关闭的风险。

Wish平台对侵权产品的判断标准

Wish平台会将以下类型的产品判断为侵权产品(伪劣产品):

1. 拷贝或模仿知名品牌产品设计;

2. 产品名称与知名品牌完全相同;

3. 使用与知名品牌类似但非完全相同的Logo;

4. 产品图片模糊或遮挡品牌Logo等细节。

此外,如果产品图片中含有明星照片或人像,也可能被视为侵权产品。如果确实发生了误投诉,商户还可以准备相应材料进行申诉。

Direct copies or imitations implying certain intellectual property products. If the product information contains brand logos or brand names such as D&G, Tommy Hilfiger or Oakleys, the product will be considered counterfeit.

Products with names identical or virtually indistinguishable from those of intellectual property rights owners.

As of May 14, 2018, 00:00 (Pacific Time), if a merchant repeatedly publishes products that infringe the intellectual property rights of others, the product will be removed and the account will face a $500 or higher fine and/or the risk of suspending transactions; If the merchant continues to infringe the intellectual property rights of others multiple times, their account may face higher fines, account suspension/permanent closure risks.

If it is indeed a mistaken or malicious complaint, you can prepare the relevant materials for the appeal. If you are reported for infringing intellectual property rights, but you are the owner of the brand yourself, or have brand authorization certificates, you need to prepare these proof materials in advance.
