FusionWorks is a software development company that focuses on full-cycle product development, outstaffing services and IT community building. The company was founded in 2011 by Genadii Ganebnyi and Anton Perkin. Tech-oriented. People-centric. Learning-driven. FusionWorks develops products for various industries including e-commerce, finance, healthcare, food tech, logistics and delivery, insurance, virtual reality, biotechnology, construction, human resources, entertainment, real estate, education, governance, nonprofits and others. The geography of its customers is quite impressive: USA, Canada, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, the Netherlands, Norway, Lichtenstein, Israel, Italy, Switzerland, Romania, Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan. Since its creation, FusionWorks has been supporting the biggest local IT community – DeveloperMD - as well as organizing the biggest IT conference in the country - MDC. In 2014 it brought to Moldova the new IT concept from Seattle – ITCoffee – weekly meetings with the local IT community (150+ meetups). In 2014 FusionWorks joined the Viar.Live project and became the general partner of the first and biggest coworking space in Moldova – Generator Hub. Also, the company supported such projects as Rails Girls Chișinău, BEST Chisinau, European BEST Engineering Competition, and others. In 2019 FusionWorks released its new product – Empy.IO – a smart human resources management tool. In 2020 FusionWorks launched its own food delivery marketplace - iFood, which became the biggest platform of its kind in Moldova. In 2021 the e-commerce and delivery platform - Dely.IO - was released, currently accumulating clients worldwide. As for now, FusionWorks continues working in three directions – outstaffing, the development of its own products and organizing IT events. And does it from a high-tech spacious office with a breathtaking rooftop.
