TTXGP

Founded in 2009, TTXGP was the world's first international race series providing a high-profile platform for the development of electric motorcycles. It enabled the futuristic technology behind electric vehicles to be tested in an exciting and challenging way. Today, TTXGP are the official promoters of the FIM eRoadRacing World Cup, the leading, zero-carbon motorsport series which sees teams racing in the US and Europe compete separately for a place in the World Final. FIM eRoadRacing teams consistently push the boundaries of electric vehicles and are instrumental in the development of this technology. The inaugural FIM eRoadRacing season will include entries from US, Canada, China, Germany, UK, Netherlands, France, Spain and India. TTXGP's objective is to drive low-carbon technological innovation forward to demonstrate that clean-emission transport technologies can be fun, fast and stimulating. Our History: The world's first zero-carbon sanctioned motorsport event was held on 12 June, 2009. The race saw 16 bikes from across six countries including US, India, Germany, Austria, UK and the Isle of Man taking part. In 2010, the TTXGP World Series was launched with three regional championships which culminated in the TTXGP Final. Further championships took place in 2011 and 2012 before TTXGP joined forces with FIM in 2013 to create the FIM eRoadRacing World Cup.
