As it is also a joint venture between Cambodia, Thailand and Germany, it will stress the strengths of each culture to create a unique company culture. Classical market approaches such as the development of Sauber Mini Malls are combined with alternative sales channels like E commerce, direct sales for B2B and telesales. Sauber aims to become a premium brand for its customers. It is targeting the upper and the upper segment of each market and must provide the required quality without exemption. Sauber will develop its own branded products where it makes sense and it can cover the target segments. In addition, Sauber aims to become a reliable and successful partner for quality foreign brands to enter the Cambodian (or other markets). Sauber is distinguishing itself from the competition by stressing service orientation, cleanliness, modernity, quality, speed and innovation. The Sauber Group of Companies is structured similar to a holding organization until the legal set up can be done accordingly.
