Richelieu Lyceum Foundation

Foundation is independent, non-government, non-profit organisation created by the alumni to support educational projects at Richelieu Lyceum. Our mission: To improve quality of education at Richelieu Lyceum by funding long-term scientific, social and informational projects. Richelieu Lyceum is a public secondary school located in Odessa, Ukraine. Lyceum offers five-year education in three specialized departments: Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry & Biology. The school created in 1989 is a leading institution in Ukraine in the teaching of its core disciplines as well as computer science. Lyceum students won 2 silver and 6 bronze medals at International Physics Tournaments and 14 medals at International Olympiads including two gold medals in math and physics in 2006. Today Lyceum employs about 50 teachers, including six PhDs and six Honoured Teacher of Ukraine. Projects that we will enthusiastically support: - Preparation: Olympiads, Tournaments and Colloquiums - Invitation of visiting professors and guest lecturers - Distant learning classes - Educational equipment for physics, chemistry, biology - Open days - School advertising - Team-building and learning boot camps - Cultural tours and excursions Lyceum alumni are the primary donors of the Foundation but we kindly invite to donate everyone willing to support education.
