Who we are At the heart of it all, we are people that love to travel, alone and/or with Friends. We have been working on the private side of group bookings for many years now and always wanted to bring our product and service to a wider audience. It's taken us a while to work out the kinks of dealing with the industry as opposed to dealing with the end customer but we firmly believe that we got it right- or at least the right start. The team is made up of travel professionals and enthusiasts from all over the world with all 5 continents represented. Company background RequestRooms is part of World Travel Exchange Ltd (W-TX). The company was founded in 2004 by a team of Chinese and European travel professionals mixing backgrounds in outbound tourism and online bookings to provide software solutions to the travel industry, Specializing in group bookings for Asian outbound operators! Working under the Cerbex brand, has since become a strong contender in this fast growing market by combining cost leadership with service excellence. Our customer list includes some of the largest travel companies in Asia. We have recently begun to expand to other Asian countries, servicing tour operators and travel agents, and attract customers online.
