There was a urgent need felt to showcase West Bengal as a clear nodal and advantage point as both gateway to South East Asia as well as Eastern India. Need was felt to structure a specialised cell in the West Bengal to lobby strongly with the International Community for Foreign Direct Investments,NRI Connectivity,Border Trade Enhancement,Innovation,Heavy Industries & PSU,AgroTech and Agricultural process enhancement. The State Committee of ShivSena,West Bengal took a decision in unanimity under the directives of its President -Shri Santi Dutta to form this Special Cell to focus clearly on the Industry & Commercial growth of the region and hence the structuring of : ShivSena Bharat NavNirman Cell,West Bengal.
