简介	The times have changed and the style of sales and marketing has to adjust to the ever changing real estate market. In the past, developments in the Los Cabos area have been able to count on walk-in traffic, local Realtors and local advertising to provide most of the buyers for the Cabo real estate market. Today we need to go to the buyers; they are not coming to us as they have in the past. The profile of our most likely buyer is very simple, they are either baby boomers looking for retirement or vacation home or they are current members of a golf country club either in the U.S., Canada or Mexico. A hugely overlooked part of the real estate market in Los Cabos is the Mexican market from the mainland. Our concept is to go to those buyers and entice them to visit Mexico. Los Cabos and our developments. With our contacts within the golf community and the PGA, we propose to do presentations at golf courses across the U.S., Canada and Mexico. At these presentations we give golf members an overview of Mexico, Los Cabos, crime, safety, real estate and how they can buy property in Mexico. Vision: Our vision for the Golf Course program is to bring the ease and affordability of living in Mexico and Los Cabos to Golf enthusiasts in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. Our plan is to conduct an informational get together with golfers and spend time giving them accurate information on travel, golf, and the ease of owning a home in a Questro community. The Program: We have assembled a golf excursion to Los Cabos. This deeply discounted junket will give the Golfers the opportunity to experience the Culture of Mexico while they enjoy playing on three of the best Golf Courses in the Baja: The Nicklaus Design Club Campestre Golf Course with ocean views from every hole, the Robert Trent Jones Jr. Cabo Real Golf Course, and nine holes at the Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course at Puerto Los Cabos followed by nine holes on the Greg Norman Signature course
