Parfums d'Olive

Parfums d'olive is the first olive oil library created in New Caledonia. It is a showcase of the best olive oils in the world, selected on the basis of their track record and the medals they have won in various national and international competitions. I am proud to say that I have met all the producers whose oils are represented in my Oleotheque. Unfortunately, following the Covid, all possibilities of travelling were stopped. But this did not prevent me from getting in touch with new producers who are also famous for their successes.
