Our team has set out with goals such as promoting space sciences, encouraging researchers to conduct creative activities in this field, strengthening teamwork skills, and providing a suitable platform for students and scholars to design and build an educational product based on the standard format of CubeSat satellites.
NamakSat has all the subsystems of functional satellites, such as a power system for charging batteries through solar panels or cables, a status determination system, a processor as an information processing unit, and a radio module for communication and telemetry.
Additionally, it has a complete set of sensors including accelerometers, gyroscopes, GPS, thermometers, and barometers. This satellite also features a camera that can be used for high-altitude observations of the Earth and for remote sensing purposes. Furthermore, it comes with a ground station and simulator for realistic satellite operations.
