Mo-Sera is a mobile based solution for recruitment and employment, in a country where there's a gap between the jobs available and the avenues for getting the information about these jobs. Job ads mostly are published on newspapers, but reach only a small fraction of job seekers. Through Mo-Sera, jobseekers will be able to find jobs via SMS and IVR. Employers will then be able to instantly alert qualified candidates of available positions, directly to their phones. Through mobile services, companies and individuals can cover every tier of the work-force, which traditionally use word-to-mouth. Mobile services are cheaper, and reach a wider more specialized target in Real Time speed.
