Rev. Dr. Saw Honor Nyo established Kairos Ministry Myanmar in April 2019 by the grace and guidance of God. Through the financial support of the Northern Norwegian Karen Baptist churches, well wishers, and the Elpis organization (Singapore), the Kairos Missionary training centre has come into the glory of God and for the benefit of the surrounding villages. Purposes 1) To help meet the great need of frontier Missionaries, or Church Planters by equipping the trainees, sharpen their skills, and motivate them. 2) To train and equip missionary trainees spiritually, mentally, socially and physically. 3) To support students in needs by having a boarding school for them to be able to start, continue, and finish education. We have total 50 students (age 8-20) as of August 31, 2020. 4) To participate in Healing Ministry by opening a village-setting non-profit clinic and equipping trainees in the basic healthcare ministry. 5) To provide trainings on English language, computer skills, basic healthcare knowledge, and agriculture.
