I am a English-to-Russian B2B translator and editor specializing in IT, commercial printing, and business administration. I offer authentic localization of market-specific content to international technology marketers and sellers who do their business in the former Soviet Union region. The biggest challenge in effective promotion of a foreign product to corporate ex-USSR vertical markets is that most tech-savvy native Russian translators have poor command of clear, commercially compelling language. At the other extreme are suppliers who do possess good writing skills and understanding of modern PR practices, but are woefully inadequate when it comes to technical insight. I am happy to bridge the gap, supporting a solid vendor-sponsored messaging and sustained media outreach effort with both my domain expertise and skills in industrial marketing communication, a mix shunned by less ambidextrous translators.
